Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
We aim to accept all returns, and if you are unhappy with your product then you may be eligible for a full refund. However, we do not issue refunds for discounted items or items purchases through other entities such as distributors or retail partners.
To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product/s within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in saleable condition (in the same condition that you received it), undamaged in any way, and in original packaging where possible. Please also note that we are unable to issue refunds without actual receipt of the item(s), or proof of received received return delivery.
S&W Books cannot be held responsible for items damaged or list in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
After we receive and inspect your item as fit for a refund (can take up to 14 calendar days), we will then process your full refund (excluding shipping, as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note that for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
We currently do not facilitate exchanges.
